Brooklyn are rumoured to make a splash, so making a splash for someone who can be built around for years to come makes more sense then being rumoured with a reunion with KD.

I'm not trying to overrate Cam Johnson but adding a lengthy, incredible 3 point shooting forward who is a good defender, alongside 4 firsts might be a deal they could explore.

Their 2027 pick is nice because 2 years could either kill Embiid or revitalise the view on him. At pick 8, Derik Queen would be a nice player to add while at pick 19, they'll be a lot of players that could interest the 76ers.

All in all, PG's contract scares me ALONGSIDE Embiid, in the same way Beal's scares me alongside Booker (but for different reasons).
