DET: Danillo Gallinari, Richaun Holmes, #4 SAC: John Collins and #5 ATL: Maurice Harkless, Kelly Olynyk, Jerami Grant, Hamidou Diallo
DET: Detroit obviously is going through a rebuild and would love to have as much money in the books for the perfect free agent as well as get a higher pick in the draft, this trade does both. While yes, they take on Gallinari's $20+ million dollar contract, it is only for one year, giving them the ability to sign a max contract player in 2023. In addition they get a really solid center in Richaun Holmes, who is a very good finisher and short mid range shooter. For the past 3 years Richaun was assisted on about 78% of his 2-pointers, which would flourish with Cade Cunningham bringing the ball up the court. With #4 I'd suspect they'd select guard Jaden Ivey who basically fits perfectly in this Detroit system. One of Ivey's weaknesses includes his playmaking and being patient while creating shots, both of these weaknesses won't be shown as much due to Cade's elite passing level.
To continue, yes, the pistons get rid of arguably 2 of their best 4 players, but both of those players had the two biggest contracts on the team and even with getting Gallinari and Holmes they don't pay extra money. Detroit gets quite a bit younger while staying around the same skill level.
Starting Lineup for 2023 DET:
PG: Cade Cunningham SG: Jaden Ivey SF: Saddiq Bey PF: JaMychal Green(Sign out of Free Agency) C: Richaun Holmes
Bench for 2023 DET: (Don't Resign Bagley lll)
Killian Hayes, Saben Lee, Danillo Gallinari, Isaiah Stewart, Mo Bamba(FA Signing)
Final Rotation for 2023 DET:

SAC: Sacramento traded for Domantis Sabonis in the middle of the 2022 Season and the team had flashes of playoff potential even though they still got the #4 pick. With some adjustments, more time playing together, and adding more talent they can finally make a solid playoff push during the Fox era. Sacramento needs to make a move and while they are still bad, they don't need Jaden Ivey because all he would do is cram up minutes with Davion Mitchell and D'aaron Fox. Yes, they have to get rid of a very solid center in Richaun Holmes, but Sabonis can easily move to the five, plus getting John Collins more than makes up for it. They even still get to select with the #5 pick to get a forward in Keegan Murray or go with G-F Shaedon Sharp. Both will most likely play off the bench to start the season anyways. Seems like a great trade for the Kings, you get better while not having to shed minutes away from Mitchell and Fox.
Starting Lineup for 2023 SAC:
PG: D'aaron Fox SG: Davion Mitchell SF: Harrison Barnes PF: John Collins C: Domantis Sabonis
Bench for 2023 SAC:
Whoever they get at #5, Justin Holiday, Jeremy Lamb(Resign), Donte DiVincenzo(Resign), Bismack Biyombo(FA Signing)
Final Rotation for 2023 SAC:
Terence Davis, Trey Lyles, Alex Len
ATL: After coming off of a disappointing season they realize they need to give Trae a more defensive minded team around him. This trade gives the Hawks a very solid 3 and D wing in Jerami Grant, solid defensive big in Kelly Olynyk, a vet in Mo Harkless, and a back up guard in Hamidou Diallo. In addition they give off of Gallinari's awful contract and get an extra 1.4M to spend in free agency on more players if they need. Which what we saw with Trae's playmaking, having a wing like Grant who proved he can be a good first option, but an even better second option guy will be helpful. They also get quite a bit more depth to this team that very much needed it.
Starting Lineup for 2023 ATL:
PG: Trae Young SG: Bogdan Bogdanovic SF: De'Andre Hunter PF: Jerami Grant C: Clint Capela
Bench for 2023 ATL:
Whoever they get at #16, Kevin Huerter, Delon Wright(Resign), Onyeka Okungwu, Kelly Olynyk
Final Rotation for 2023 ATL:
Jalen Johnson, 2nd Round Pick, Sharife Cooper(Resign), Kevin Knox(Resign)
