I like this for the Pistons, they probably won’t be able to have a steady relationship with Duren if he resigns with them so it’s probably best to move him at this point. Adding a big who can shoot threes really helps them, especially with the loss of Tobias Harris. The picks could also be really valuable since the Warriors have an aging core with a lot of players expiring this season.

I love it for the Warriors because their biggest hole right now is a consistent big. Porzingis is good when healthy but health has become a major issue for him and adding someone who can be less of a risk would be great for them. Losing the picks would hurt, especially if they can’t find a good running mate for Duren in the Post-Curry era but if they find someone good in the draft this year to develop alongside Duren then they’re set up to be good in the future.
