Pacers swap Turner for Grant, allowing Sabonis to move to center where he naturally belongs. Grant can guard the other team's best player and create his own shot while being a great spot up shooter. They also get Hart, a solid 3-and-D wing.

The Raptors give themselves an all-around great young roster by adding Turner and Lamb. He can protect the rim at a high level and space the floor well for a big, while Lamb is an elite sniper. Their starting rotation of VanVleet, Trent Jr, Anunoby, Siakam, Turner with Barnes, Flynn, Lamb and Birch off the bench would be a playoff contender right now while the majority of them have still not yet hit their prime.

The Pelicans get veteran experience and talent by adding Dragic, Boucher, and Jackson. Boucher is a great versatile defender who can shoot 3s and even be a small-ball center if needed. Dragic is 35, but can bring playoff experience to the locker room and be valuable secondary ball-handler who can playmake and score. Jackson is a question mark, but has shown has to potential to be a versatile 3-and-D wing.

The Pistons get loads of assets for Grant and Jackson. Hayes has shown to have a diverse skillset but off-court issues and lack of playing time have held him back. Achiuwa is a young, explosive, bruising big and Brissett is a versatile young forward who can space the floor. They also get two first round picks to sweeten the deal even further.
