Boston: Mitchell, White, Tatum, Giannis, Stewart Trades out: Jaylen, Queta, #27 pick this year, plus a swap in 2031

Miami: Fox, Powell, Brown, Bam, Ware Trades out: Herro, Wiggins, Jovic, Jaquez, Jakucionis, Larsson, #13 this year, swaps in 2028 (if available) & 2029, plus an unprotected in 2030 Gets back: #20 this year - will need to fill out the roster with lower-cost talent and the #20 pick this year helps. Keeps: Ware - without the Giannis deal, Ware is held back in the deal overall. Giannis gets moved for Boston's young big, not Miami's. Jalen Brown's deal is slightly less rich than the one for Giannis.

Spurs: Trades veteran presence with a large contract but where positionally is blocking Harper (Fox), getting back a veteran presence at a position of need for half the price (Wiggins), plus a good young talent in line with the rest of the Spurs timeline at a reasonable cost if he develops (Jovic). Trades out: #20 this year for #21 this year Gets back: Miami swaps in 2028 & 2029

Pistons: Trades for a sidekick to Cade Cunningham and trusts its team defense to make up for Herro's liabilities and extends Duren to help back up Herro's overall defense. Herro for Robinson is a big upgrade overall on the offensive side, and by committing that much money to Duren, Stewart's contract is too much to carry. Trades out: #21 pick this year for #27 this year, and their 2027 pick (which should likely be in the high 20s again next year)

Bucks: Double dip on the Giannis trade - getting young talent from both Miami and Boston's teams, and loading up on draft assets from around the league to help their rebuild.
