1. Trade Tim Hardaway Jr. and a pick to Orlando for a pick back - Tim's time in Dallas to have run out and I think a change of scenery would help him out. Orlando needs help with outside shooting, meanwhile Tim would be closer to home and reunite with Mosley who was an assistant coach in Dallas.
Trade Josh Green and Jaden Hardy along with picks to Atlanta for Bogdanovic. - Bogdanovic would be a great THJ replacement and as an added plus is already good buddie with Doncic.
Re-sign Derrick Jones Jr - Need I say more? Derrick Jones Jr. brings much needed athleticism and defense to the Mavs and has certainly earned a raise.
