Cleveland get a small forward that can play off-ball and would carry a smaller offensive load than he did in Brooklyn, allowing him to defend better. They also get a former DPOY PG to cover up for Mitchell's lackluster defence and a PF who still has untapped potential and would let Mobley play more freely on both sides of the ball.
Nets trade Mikal for more than what he's worth because his value is THAT high around the league. Keldon Johnson, Stephon Castle, Tidjane Salaün, and Kel'el Ware added to your team isn't bad for the first year of the rebuild.
Memphis get a C who fills all their needs. Rim running, rebounding, and is actually decent offensively. Allen can playmake out of the short roll and is incredibly efficient in the post. He's also a great rim protector and I really think he complements Ja's, Bane's and JJJ's games very well. They also get some more PG depth because Ja just came back from a season-ending injury and Rose is 35.
Spurs get Wemby a 24 year old PG who can somewhat make the most of Wemby's 2nd year potential better than practically anyone on the trade market rn. Topić would be available for the draft but we know that he's injury prone, and Wemby wants to be as good as he can possibly be right now. Garland could help him do that. They also free up a starting spot for Zaccharie Risacher by trading Keldon Johnson. They also get younger, Devonte' is 29 and Keldon is 24 but 2 months older than Garland.
