The Sixers end their offseason on a positive note by landing the reigning 6th man of the year and Norm Powell. Moving on from Harden and Korkmaz, 2 expiring contracts. Brogdon gives them pretty much what Harden gives them as a playmaker, is a better defender and probably a steadier shooter. And in the process they land another player familiar to the Nurse system in Powell, who brings much needed bench depth.

The Clippers get their All Star point guard, only having to deal away 1 future 1st, Morris and Powell along with some young backcourt talent that will probably miss out on the active rotation anyway. They keep Mann, they still have their 2030 pick, they are as deep of a team as any with a ton of star power, on top of that they'll have some cap room next offseason to either re-sign Harden or sign someone else in time for the opening of their new stadium.

Portland gets yet another pick, an expiring contract and 2 guys to add to their bench. Overall they've put together a possible play-in dark horse with a ton of assets to build for the future. They could end up putting themselves in a position to be competitive in a year or 2 but still have a core mostly in rookie contracts.
