It's hard to find a good Ja trade, but maybe the Jazz decide to buy low on him and hope to rehab his love of the game and effort. The only real loss here is Collier, but what Ja was/ could be again could outweigh this risk IMO.

Jazz give up mid/old players, Collier, and 3 SRPs for Ja. The Grizz get expiring, some low-value draft capital, a solid backup forward in Anderson, and Collier, who fits nicely on the Grizz. This trade gives the Grizzlies a solid retooling opportunity and allows the Jazz to be buyers for the first time in forever.

Not a great trade, I know, but I was thinking of a Ja trade, and this is all I could come up with right now.
