The Cavaliers fix their roster by adding a stud shooter in Beasley and a potential star wing in Reddish. Now they actually have a wing defender in the starting lineup and replace can Sextons prolific but one-sided scoring with Beasley's floor-spacing prowess. This allows the Cavs to let Garland be the primary ball-handler and distribute the offense more naturally.
The Mavericks get Luka Doncic a great young co-star in Sexton. He still has room to grow, but can take much of the scoring pressure off Luka and be another viable ball-handler in the starting lineup. His ability to be an elite shooter and slasher next to Luka's world-bending playmaking would also be deadly. They may or may not get worse currently, but looking towards the future this team has the potential to be great if everything clicks.
The Timberwolves get rid of Beasley and add a versatile floor-spacing big in Markkanen along with a good young shooter in Green and a second. Markkenan gives the Wolves another much-needed forward in the rotation who is versatile and gives them significantly more flexibility with their lineups. He can play either forward position and fit next to nearly anyone on the floor. Additionally, Green is a solid young two-way sharpshooter.
The Hawks swap Reddish for Brunson, who can take some pressure off of Trae Young as a ball-handler and run the offense while he is on the bench. Brunson has already proven with the Mavs that he is one of the best sixth men in the league, and is still only 25 to boot. He can score, pass, shoot, and essentially do everything you could want from a backup PG. They get a second round pick as well to sweeten the deal even further.
