HAWKS: It's clear as day that Murray and Trae backcourt just can't work and is a fail. What they need to do now is a complete retool, and shipping Murray and Capela is a big first. Ingram is what they should look into, replacing Murray's offense and also has a good length to complement Trae. On top of that, they acquire Dyson Daniels, a young, good but raw defender that is good at anticipation and steals, could play the 1-3 position, and also playmake if needed. Nance Jr, who they'll acquire, will be a good backup 4/5 next to Okongwu, who will get the full-time starter role. In Free Agency, they should try and sign Melton, a good 3&D guy that will greatly complement Trae's game. In the draft they will trade back, my suggestion would be they draft a big center like Edey or Missi to add size to their small but versatile team. Their roster would be:
PG: Trae/Bufkin
SG: Melton/Bogi/Dyson
SF: Ingram/Dyson/AJ
PF: Johnson/Dre/Gueye
C: Okongwu/Nance Jr/Edey
PELICANS: This trade changes their whole identity and completely retool their team. They become team with full of two-way and great defenders. Acquiring Dejounte Murray, Clint Capela, and also 4 picks is a huge win. Recent reports say that they will not extend Ingram and will make him available for trade, and this acquisition will be the best you can get for him. You get a two-way PG, a defensive, shot blocking center that will maybe backup JV, and you also trade up and add a young player that replaces Dyson. Their roster would be like this:
Murray/GTA
Herb/Hawkins/Ryan
Trey/Herb/TBJ
Zion/Trey/JRE/EJ
JV/Capela/JRE/Metu

PISTONS: Pistons replicate what Rockets did last season and compete. This team needs to compete to give their young players a taste of winning and also to fully maximize Cade's development/potential. But what about Ivey? I know acquiring CJ may hinder his development, but if you watch the Pistons, Cade and Ivey do not compliment each other's games. Acquiring CJ gives them shooting, shot creation, playmaking, and vet leadership (which is essential for this team). It gives Ivey the ball off the bench, instead of just standing in the corner whenever Cade hogs the ball. I think being the 6th man benefits him, could flourish and do wonders like what Malik Monk did for the Kings these last 2 seasons. They'll acquire Tobias in the free agency, I know after that stinker he did in the playoffs, he will most likely get lesser, but I think he just needs a fresh start, and Pistons can give him that. He provides a bit of everything, he will also serve as one of the vets for this team along with CJ and this team into play-in/playoffs. Their roster would be like this:
Cade/CJ/Ivey/Sasser
CJ/Ivey/Sasser/Grimes/Matthews
Ausar/Grimes/Cade/Fontecchio/Matthews
Harris/Stewart/Fontecchio
Duren/Stewart
