Maybe I am overreacting but this Rockets team is really good and will be wasted in the years to come if the Front Office does not want to make moves because they want to "see what happens". The moment to be aggresive is NOW since both Trae and Book could ask to get traded this summer.

I feel like Book could just renew since he seems like a loyal guy who already has his life settled in Phoenix, but in case he asks for a trade HOU has the best offer.

With Trae it is almost certified that next season will be his last as a Hawk, the franchise has not been able to make a good team for him in 7 years and there will be good teams (like HOU or ORL) willing to trade for him before he leaves as a Free Agent.
