I can't see the success of the Nuggets with the way the team is playing right now. So, I want to solve our depth issue by obtaining a decent center in Ayton and some 3-D from Finney-Smith. The main issue though is that losing MPJ kills a lot of the Nugget's shooting (though Smith can help in this area) but I would risk it for more depth and defense given the poor defensive rating of the Nuggets and the lack of a decent center that can play with the bench (More specifically Westbrook).
In terms of the other teams, Nets get a 1st round pick and some young players who the Nuggets could not develop or integrate in the lineup due to Malone's coaching style (cough...Jay Huff...cough). This goes in line with their current track for a rebuild with their younger players.
For the Trailblazers, trading Ayton opens up for the younger centers (Clingan, Duop, and William) to get more minutes and provides a great shooter in MPJ. Personally, I see MPJ as far better player than DA so the including of a 1st round pick seems fair to me though I would love to her your opinion.
