OKC is terrific but a terrible rebounding team (28th in rebounding pct on both sides of the court). Capela is still likely the obvious trade (assume Wendell Carter off the table now and everyone hated my past Poeltl, Allen and JV trades). I continue to think they would benefit in the playoffs from another big in the starting lineup next to Chet to contest Jokic, the Minnesota bigs, AD, even Zubac. Heck, they even got whacked on the boards by Jalen Duren and Jabari Walker the last couple of weeks.
But no one else on Fanspo agrees, so here's a simpler trade. Nick Richards is a big dude, one of the best percentage rebounders in the league and fits perfectly on the OKC bench.
Hornets don't need him as much with Mark Williams. They get a nice wing in Dieng and picks.
