Clippers get 2 firsts and a younger player plus the salary of Jimmy to boot they probably consider this trade because of the young core they have and the fact that they aren’t in a good place to compete either although Kawhi getting traded doesn't feel likely atm

Potential players they could target and add to the team are any real PF and wings available after this move

Warriors take one final last ditch effort to add a superstar to pair with Steph and try to win a ring they also add DJJ so they save a couple million there and gain a more experienced and consistent role player

They’d also likely aim to bring in someone to help at C whether it be another trade or FA signing
