Somehow, the Kings get worse. Hield and Podz are awful, and Jimmy is out. Not to mention, while Lavine is overpaid, he's still a solid player. Plus, Monk is good contributor as well. The hope for the Kings is they could trade Jimmy next season and get something for him. And they get a middle first this season and a second in 2031.

As for the Warriors, somehow, another player has a worse contract than Lavine, that being Jimmy. The Warriors are in win-now mode, trying to maximize the final years of Curry's career. While Lavine isn't the best option, they can dump Butler and pick him up for cheap, while also grabbing a solid piece in Monk in the process.

It's not the prettiest trade. It'd probably make fans world wide throw up. But, I think it could work. Let me know what you think!
