Should the Kings rightfully decide to give up and blow up the team, OKC should be leading contenders for Malik Monk with the assets they can invest on a bench player via trade. They are in need of additional offensive firepower off-the-bench who could start runs or end scoring droughts. Also averaging 5.8 APG last season, Malik should provide serviceable transition and pick-and-roll playmaking for OKC. He is one of the most offensively versatile role players in the league, so he can mesh well with any defensive lineup OKC has that can properly compensate.
