There's a lot going on here so I'll break it down
Heat Trade away: Bam, Zion, Jaku, Jovic and a 2nd
Receive: Zion, Mathurin in a sign and trade, Kuzma's expiring, DJJ, Christie, iJax the Bucks pick this year and in 31 and 33 and a swap in 32.
Explanation: They are clearly not able to continue competing with the Bam/Herro combo. Herro needs a new contract and they won't want to give him what he wants. Bam's deal increases to 50 mill next year. Jovic's deal increases to 16 mill. They get a clean reset getting off bad money and receiving valuable draft capital. They also gamble on Zion and Mathurin in the process.
Bucks Trade away: Turner, Kuzma, Green and raft capital
Receive: Bam and Jovic
Explanation: Trying to keep Giannis may lead to a desperate move to trade away all of their draft capital. Bam and Giannis would be one of, if not the best, front court in the league and with the growth of KPJ and Rollins they'd be dangerous. Depth would still be an issue but the mle would be available and they'd still have some youth in Jovic and Dieng that could pop.
Pels Trade away: Zion
Receive Herro, a future first and a 2nd
Explanation: The front office already committed to Queen. To me it's become clear they can't play Queen and Zion together and they need more playmaking/shooting around Queen. This would get them a solid back court player and draft capital for someone they simply can't keep around.
Clippers Trade away: DJJ, Christie, iJax and sign and trade Mathurin with a first
Receive: Turner, Green and Jaku
Explanation: Mathurin is better than Jordan Miller but with Miller already being under contract and providing a lot of what Mathurin does he's just not needed as much. Turning that into a younger center than Lopez would be valuable. Trading away DJJ and the pick would bring them back an elite shooter, which they need, and a young player with tons of size and upside. Paired with other offseason moves this could be a game changer for them.
