Bucks trade Lopez since Rivers system changed and he seems underappreciated/ misused, might Change with Ham bringing back some of budenholzer's Defensive identity. They add Brown who is significantly younger and fills their rotational hole at the guard Spot. He can defend Guards and wings on a High Level and will likely get better shots on offense than in Toronto thus improving his percentages. They'll also be able to cut some salary, since Brown isn't likely to demand another 20M+ Deal making it easier for the Bucks to get unser the second apron. They would also receive a Pick, I have no clue how the Bucks or Pelicans value the latter picks. They could offer them one of their own picks.

Pelicans idea is to accustom their core to playing with a Stretch five rim protector. They also needs to fix their Rotation, as currently constructed they are overcrowded at the guard and Wing position while lacking Center minutes. Foeming an elite Defense, with switchy and athletic defenders in Murray, Jones, Murphy and Zion with one of the best rim protectors in the League (I think Lopez was Just misused by Rivers & Murray can get back to being a Elite Defender). Lopez is of course not a long time solution, but will provide a perfect fit and enorm boost for this Teams offense and Defense. Wendell Carter Jr. is one of the best Backup bigs out there who can also Play next to Lopez or missi. I firmly believe that Murphy and Hawkins are worthy of taking McCollums minutes, Murray will take a majority of those minutes anyway. Long Term the Team will have to find someone else than Lopez, but with Ingram still on the roster and a Lot of draft assets to be Traded there is a clear pathway to acquiring another Elite Player.

Magic get one of the best shooters in the League who can also Party function as a playmaker. McCollum can lead this Team with his experience and is flexibly usable. They also adjust their own rotational big man congestion by Trading for a guard.

Raptors get what they demand by receiving some draft Capital for Brown. The Nuggets are a good Team, but the western conference is full of great Teams and not much needs to go wrong in order for the raptors to end up with a near lottery draft Pick in a stacked '25 class.
