Think this could make sense for both sides. I like it better than Giannis deal for the warriors (don't have to mortgage their whole draft) and gets nets off some money + adds an young, athletic wing/forward they could really use + adds a likely valuable pick.
Could see Nets vying to reject taking PODZ and opting for an additional pick swap in 29' (though I would heavily prefer to to trade PODZ if im GS).
