TRADE EXPLANATION:
Bucks – Milwaukee retools by trading for Jerami Grant, a two-way player who is a borderline 20 ppg scorer, which they heavily need. They traded Kuzma because he is a horrid fit with Giannis. Although yes, Jerami had a very down season and his contract is kinda meh, but reminder that he had been playing with a lottery team and his latest seasons show that he is good with great players beside him. resigned GTJ, who was great for them last season and might have a higher role, especially with Dame out for the whole season. Resigned KPJ for the same reason. Resigned Rollins because he showed a glimpse of being a solid 3&D player last season. signed Lyles for depth, and they also got Doup Reath on the trade. who is a solid stretch 5.
Trail Blazers – Blazers get off Grant's contract and get a nice cap flexibility. they got expiring contracts on the deal which is a great move for them since they need to release some cap in the future with jrue holiday coming there.
Hornets – Charlotte takes a swing by grabbing Kyle Kuzma; they might build his value and trade him for better assets in the future. they moved players they don't need.
