Why the Nets do this: They essentially trade Cam Johnson and Nick Claxton for 2 firsts (10 & 29) and pick up a young player who could be a core piece in Green. Green needs to go somewhere where he can be the guy. They can also flip Brooks at the deadline for pick.

Why Houston does this:

They are able to get KD and Cam Johnson to pair with Thompson, Sengun, and FVV. They also amazingly shed salary in the deal helping them get under the apron. Ime gets his guy, shooting, without losing the gritty wings in Eason and Thompson. Now this team is massive and has plenty of shooting.

Why the Suns do this:

Suns get young athletic players with some upside to rebuild around book. And a pick a 10spots higher in the draft.
