Grizzlies been shopping Ja, but teams want them to send a first in compensation to taking him. Here they take a terrible contract in exchange to sending JA. I don't think keeping him is even a option. They need to think about the future and Cam Boozer. And Ja seems like bad influence, so trading or waiving him is necessary.
