Harden probably realizes that the nets are that bad especially when they offered him a fully max contract and did not lie to him like Morey did (Morey and harden definitely had a handshake deal last year)

This would a solid return for harden at this point (if anything an overpay by the nets though Morey will probably have a different opinion)
