For the Hawks they sign and trade Kuminga because their roster is so deep they don’t need to resign him and also they get a swap in 2032 which could be favorable to them. They’d like to recoup some draft capital, especially since they spent 3 first round picks on tm3. Granted some of them were protected, but you never know what could happen. They say yes to the Murphy deal because he completely elevates their team. Trading away Risacher hurts, but he hasn’t been good yet. Kispert is just a bench guy. So to turn those two and some protected picks into tm3 is astounding. Their team is so good they run Dyson Daniels off the bench which shows you how much depth they have. Their rotation would look like this: PG McCollum Flemings SG NAW Daniels SF Murphy III Wiggins PF Johnson Newell C Okongwu Landale. Yeah, this would be scary if they added Murphy.

For the Pels they sell and recoup a lot of draft capital for Murphy. They get a productive wing in Kispert who is a great shooter and fits nicely off the bench in New Orleans, and they take a flyer on Zaccharie Risacher, hoping to turn his career around.

For the Lakers they get of the Vando contract to be able to sign and trade for Jonathan Kuminga, who looks to be their starting power forward. They give the hawks a swap in 2032, but they’ve also traded swaps in the future like that like on the Kessler trade, which means they are aiming to be good for the next 7 plus years.

For the bucks they clear up a roster spot by waiving Levert, and take on Vando for 3 second rounders. I think this is a really good trade for them, bc they have a lot of guards, so by getting a forward it sort of balances out their bench a little more.
