Philadelphia decides to blow it all up. On this trade, Philadelphia gets Terry Rozier and Gordon Hayward huge contracts, which Charlotte wants to get rid of. The Sixers could improve their young core (Tyrese Maxey, Jalen McDaniels, Paul Reed, D´Anthony Melton) while building around a new star: Scoot Henderson; who would be the main pick that the Hornets are trading to get Embiid. Them all would be mentored by Hayward, PJ Tucker and Len, some veterans. On Charlotte´s side, they would become contenders on the moment with LaMelo-Joel duo. They just have to give a ton of picks and get Tobias Harris´ contract (hopefully he is expiring). Charlotte could resing Kelly Oubre Jr and PJ Washington to complete their elite roster. If they did this trade, they could avoid Michael Jordan leaving the team (the NBA does not want him to be fully disconnected from the league).
