Nets: The nets get a floor general back in return plus Collins who presents as a lob threat. Collins fits perfectly into the Nets switch everything scheme running up a lineup of Conley, Durant, Simmons, Collins, Claxton. Bringing in Olynyk fills their back up center whole whilst also adding some additional shooting to complement Simmons, Olynyk can also play alongside Claxton once again spacing the floor.

Cons: They lose a lot of shot creation by losing Kyrie, placing an extreme amount of pressure on KD being the only real shot creator in the lineup. This could be combatted by giving Cam Thomas more minutes or running Seth in the starting lineup.

Lakers: They are obviously desperate and this move makes them contenders straight away. Not much to say for the Lakers they move on from the Westbrook experiment and move their 2 future picks but they need to capitalize on what Lebron has left in the Tank.

Jazz: They sell their players for one of the valuable Lakers draft picks and the nets pick this year. Although they may be reluctant to give up Vanderbilt they get off Conley's and Olynyk's contracts a year early. They more than likely buyout Westbrook so that he can move onto his next team.

Hawks: John Collins has been on the trade block for the past 2/3 years and they finally find a trade worth moving him for. After trading away Huerter earlier in the year their shooting struggles significantly, Joe Harris is known as one of the premier shooters in the league and can have an instant impact. Adding Vanderbilt to the lineup adds some much needed defensive assistance and rebounding that Collins hadn't previously provided.
