Kings: Sacramento has remained interested in Kuminga since the summer, and even put a 2030 1st on the table to get him. Instead of that pick, they add Keon Ellis to get their guy.

Mavericks: This feels like a no brainer for Dallas. In exchange for moving Gafford and unclogging their front court, they get off Russell, bring in a quality reserve guard, and acquire a valuable 1st rounder from the Warriors.

Warriors: The Kuminga saga should come to a close soon, and this feels like an awesome outcome for Golden State. Their biggest needs right now are size and defense; Gafford and Ellis address both of those needs. Would a Gafford Butler Draymond front court be light on spacing, yes. At this point though, it might not matter. The dubs just need good players to maximize this window they still have with Steph, and this deal brings in two really good players.
