You also gid rid of the contract Tobias Harris has. You open up room for Thompson to play more since Holland II would be traded. Cons- You give up Holland II, a first year player, that has great potential like Thompson. You also give up a lot of picks to get this done, and if you don't know how your future would be, this would be very risky.
