Pretty clear why every team does this. I could see the Pistons preferring Harden to Kawhi (a Cade/Harden backcourt would be filthy), but a bought in Kawhi would be better defensively for them and make them serious contenders. Pistons can add Beasley after this to bolster the SG spot.

The Clippers get a nice haul as they commit to building around a young backcourt of Nembhard and Ivey and add 3 firsts since the cupboard is bare. The Clippers could still move Harden to another team looking to compete since it's clearly not working for them with their current core.

Losing Nembhard stings for Indiana, but with Mathurin's ascension and Nesmith still in tow, center is a much bigger area of need. Adding Dunn takes the sting of losing Nembhard away a little bit.
