Trail Blazers

Portland here gets a big haul of draft picks and a few young players, as well as shedding cap long term. They would gain 4 first round picks, 2 of which could be incredibly valuable as the clippers are going top be extremely old at that point and the 76ers would also be getting pretty old, and 4 second round picks, Terrence Mann and Precious Achiuwa who are both young players that have shown a lot of potential and would fit around the Blazers young assets they currently have, a former first round pick in Jaden Springer, and some salary filler. This would help them kickstart the Scoot-Simons-Sharpe era and have the assets needed to build a very solid team in the future.

76ers

Philly here gets Damien Lillard. There isn't a ton more to say. Daryl Morey believes in pairing stars together, and Embiid-Lillard is about as good of a 1-2 that you can have in the NBA. This is an all in move but it could work out beautifully.

Clippers

LA does something similar to the Sixers, making a super talented big 3 of PG-Kawhi-Harden. This is even more risky as all three have big injury concerns and are aging, but they already have given up nearly all of their short term assets, so they need to do what they can to keep their window of competing open. Their floor would be extremely low in this case if the injuries bite them, but if all three are healthy for the playoffs they could be favorites in the West.

Mavericks

Dallas here moves some 2nd round picks and Holmes to get an upgrade at the 5 in Zubac. He would give them some size and rebounding inside, and help bridge the gap before Lively is ready. Korkmaz could factor in as well, but is more for salary filler.

Raptors

Toronto here gets their starting PG of the future. They desperately need someone who can run their offense and provide some scoring punch from the back court, and Maxey does both while being on the same timeline as Barnes. Those two can grow and complement each other nicely.
