Why would the Atlanta Hawks do this?
It's no secret that the Hawks have been looking for a better small forward than De'Andre Hunter, who is still young enough to develop into a better scorer, but not yet young enough to try to make a serious playoff run. They would trade for Jerami Grant who is better offensively and defensively and still young enough to try to make a team around him, Trae Young and Dejounte Murray. They would also get Caruso who is a great point guard and has a great defensive attitude that could help them in the point guard rotation, Caruso would come in exchange for Patty Mills who is a great threat offensivly but he is old and a frp what is what Bulls are asking for him. From the Bulls they will also get Patrick Williams who hasn't been great this season but he is still youn and can develop, also he can help with the rotation at the PF position now that Jalen Johnson is injured.

Young, Murray, Grant, Johnson, Capela.
Atlanta's Backup Lineup:
Caruso, Bogdanovic, Matthews, Williams, Okongwu.

Why would the Chicago Bulls do this?
Pretty easy to explain the Bulls aren't going to keep thei roster they should blow up and start rebuilding and moving Caruso and Williams for this price would be nice for them they are getting a frp and Patty Mills for Caruso and Bey and a srp for Williams thay are also getting rid of a lot of Cap Impact and the player that they are reciving are in an expiring contract.

Why would the Portland Trail Blazers do this?
The Trail Blazers are rebuilding they already have Scoot, Sharpe, Simmons and Ayton to rebuild around and they should trade Grant and Brogdon who are old and don't fit on a rebuilding team, they have to tank this season and get good picks and let their young core develop core in which Hunter fits perfectly and they are also getting a 2024 frp that would help them to rebuild faster.
