they need more 3 point shooting. this past season, Poole was a 40 Percent 3 point shooter and has been a legit shot creator.
They need more Center depth. here they get that with Reath as well as more 3 point shooting.
Blazers- Get a young Player in Barrett while Giving up Invaluable Picks. they also get away from the tax
Pelicans- If they choose to rebuild/Retool, then this is great. they take on a Bad Contract, and get a Promising young Wing and Draft Capital. this is what rebuilding teams should do.
