Explanation: The Raptors are stuck in NBA Purgatory right now, with 2 stars, Scottie Barnes and Pascal Siakam. Based on the current situation, I believe the Raptors will and should build around Scottie Barnes. This proposal will send Siakam to Indiana and in return, Toronto will receive a good young guard in Bennedict Mathurin and an aging veteran who happens to be the greatest Raptor of all time, Kyle Lowry. Toronto will also acquire 2 unprotected FRPs and one FRP swap from Miami. This trade can kick-start Toronto's rebuild.

Indiana Pacers: Acqusations: -Pascal Siakam

Losses: -Bennedict Mathurin -Buddy Hield -T.J. Mcconnell -1 FRP

Explanation: Indiana has looked so good this season, currently sitting at 6th in the Eastern Conference. The only thing setting this team back is the need for a 2nd star next to All-Star Guard, Tyrese Haliburton. Pascal Siakam can fulfil that role in its entirety. We saw in 2019 how Siakam could be a second option next to Super-Star Kawhi Leonard, ultimately resulting in the Raptors winning the championship that year. The fit between Siakam and Haliburton will be elite and very scary in the Eastern Conference. This proposal will give Indiana that star without giving up too much.

Miami Heat: Acqusations: -Buddy Hield -T.J. Mcconnell

Losses: -Kyle Lowry -1 FRP -1 FRP Swap

Explanation: Miami isn't in the best spot after their historic journey to the NBA Finals last season. They lost 2 key bench players in the offseason Max Strus and Gabe Vincent. This trade gets them out of Kyle Lowry's bad contract and exchanges it with two solid bench pieces in Buddy Hield and T.J. Mcconnell. Mcconnell and Hield could be what helps Miami make it to the finals once more. Hield and Mcconnell can also help mentor young players like Tyler Herro and Jaime Jaquez Jr. The only loss, in my opinion is that they would have to give up at least one FRP and a FRP swap to acquire these players but other than that, this trade makes total sense for the Heat to make
