Jazz Ace looks amazing right now, but I am unsure if the Jazz will be able to develop him well next year. Maybe they should focus on their core 3 players (Lauri, JJJ, and George) and fill with great role players (Kessler, Dort, Caruso).

Thunder Get younger and stay out of the second apron (JDub and Chet salary increase about 61 M). They are also already really deep. I acknowledge that Caruso and Dort are amazing play a huge rule right now.
