For the ORL, Tyus isn't the player they hoped to be, and JI is washed and injury prone, a negative asset. In need of a PG, they trade for Dennis, the floor general of the Germany olympic team. Already has chemistry with the Wagner bros and Da Silva, key players of this team.

For the Kings, as they enter the state of rebuilding, JI still is a good player, great defender (which this team desperately needs) but can't shoot (also what they desperately need) but hey, at least they get draft assets
