This is the most straightforward and simple trade for Dame.

Heat give up Herro, Jovic, Lowry, three seconds, two firsts, and every pick swap they can. Plus contract filler.

Blazers trade Dame and Nurkic.

Heat: This is a no brianer for the Heat. Dame is exactly what they are missing. They instantly become major contenders in the east. Nurkic is a solid addition if he’s their backup center as well.

Blazers: They do right by Dame and get a very good return as well. Herro is still very young and a great piece. Jovic has some serious upside they can bet on. Lowry is on an expiring deal so they are able to move off of Nurkic. They will have cap space next year plus several future picks. Their core of Scoot, Herro, Simons, Sharpe, Jovic, and Murray would be very intriguing.
