Heat: Acquire Damian Lillard by trading the best package they can give (besides swaps). As you probably know, the Heat have been trying to get Dame for a while now and it is for good reason. He is a Superstar scorer which is desperately what the Heat need and want. They have made it to the finals a few times in the last 5 years, but maybe with this trade it could be different and win a championship.

Magic: Give up a couple picks and players but they acquire Tyler Herro to pair with their young core. Imagine Herro, Wagner, and Banchero all on the same team in a couple of years. They could actually be a very good team! Not only that, they are getting very high volume shooting with Duncan Robinson which they desperately need. This trade could be vital to the Magic's rebuild.

Blazers: Taking a chance on some young players that may blossom depending on the right conditions. Issac has been injured most of his career, and maybe if he can stay healthy he may be a impact player on this team in the future. Suggs has also suffered some injuries and didn't exceed expectations, but if he's in the right conditions he might be able to blossom into a 3rd option. Furthermore, the Blazers are getting 4 first round picks! Which will no question boost this rebuild.
