Massive 5-team trade sending Beal to Milwaukee, Jimmy to Phoenix, Randle to Miami

FAILED

Milwaukee — They first trade Connaughton to dip under the second apron, which allows them to aggregate contracts. They then send out Middleton and Portis and take back Beal and one of the Cleveland firsts. Despite the Haynes report that MIL does not want Beal, he fits with what I think they want to do: put offense first and hope for just enough defense to be in ball games.

Detroit - They pick up two 2nds, one from Phoenix and another from Milwaukee as a reward for taking on the Connaughton contract. Rehab his value, and send him out for a 2nd next year.

Phoenix: They get off the Beal contract for Jimmy and give up two firsts and a second to get the trade going.

Miami - Miami trades an expiring in Jimmy for an audition in Randle (he's essentially expiring, he could opt in for 30 million next year, I doubt it) and another big in Bobby Portis to get some adults back in the building. They pick up a Cleveland first for their troubles. I'm not sure they'll get everything they're looking for in a Jimmy trade, but this frees up a bunch of cap.

Minnesota - I personally think they're done trying to fit Randle in this team. They get some championship pedigree back in Middleton for Randle. They might need the last Phoenix 1st to do this.
