Blazers move off Grant's heavy contract for 1 (projected) late first round pick, and 3 vets
Nets go full rebuild after Mikal trade, sell DFS for young Josh Green (could argue to throw in a 2028 2nd or some too)
Mavs buy all in with 2 big and good wings for better depth than Kleber and Powell (so long as DSF and Grant actually are available)
Jazz finally get value out of Lauri with 1 year left on his deal (less value than long term deal). Get Kennard's option and Konchar who they'll get off of ASAP. Move up one spot to #9 in this years draft while still getting two future picks.
Grizzlies get a big shooter who can fit in well; can be either the SF or PF depending on other Grizzlies moves.
Can look to send Marcus Smart and a pick exchange this year to the Cavs for Jarrett Allen if JJJ goes back to running the 4.
This may also look more reasonable if Garland officially wants out and Cavs still want to compete; Smart can fit their defensive scheme well and has potential next to Mitchell even as off-guard. OR
Smart for Cam Johnson among other Forward options
Smart getting moved is highly unlikely however as Ja and him never truly shared the court. But I would love to see the Grizzlies make a push to improve as the Mavs do it this trade.
