76ers They get their starting PG in FVV, who's already fond with Nick Nurse and can help stretch the floor for Embiid while helping on POA. They send 2 2nds and Melton, but it's a fair price for a nice starting PG. They also get a 12M TPE
Houston They absorb James into cap space and get 2 2nds for facilitating the trade.
Raptors They get a quality rotational player, getting value from FVV instead of losing him in UFA. They also get a 13M TPE i think.
FANSPO cap/cba rules are kinda flawed, i'm not even sure 100% this trade is possible, but i think Houston HAS to be involved to get this trade done. This is a general blueprint, it might need some fine tuning but the main deal is: FVV to 76ers, some draft compensation to HOU, Melton to Raptors
