Nuggets:

Denver turns MPJ and their first into smaller manageable contracts that can open cap space in the future if needed to resign CB and Watson. The playoffs showed that a major problem the team suffers from is bench scoring and shot creation. Filling the bench with guys like Jordan Clarkson (coming off due to surgery), Keldon Johnson, and Bruce Brown who provide microwave scoring and good handling that the Nuggets bench sorely lacks.

Jazz:

Jazz are still on a rebuild with missing Flagg this draft so it is likely they will aim to tank once again next season. Jordan Clarkson has always been in trade rumors but seemingly is never moved for one reason or another. His expiring contract should open the door for Denver to take him with the FRP and Strawther as the main trade assets which may be an overpay but would be necessary to accept Nnaji who the Jazz can afford to keep with their timeline.

Spurs:

Assuming the Spurs draft Dylan Harper, MPJ (despite what people with recency bias see) can be a great fit in the Spurs' system that needs shooters and positional size around Fox, Castle, and Harper. While Barnes has been good on the team, he is an expiring contract that is 32yrs old whilst MPJ (who while overpaid) can provide a similar skillset. As for injury concerns, MPJ has played 77 games this season despite the injuries. I trust the Spurs to be able to handle MPJ better than what the Kroenke's (Nuggets owners) and Malone did with MPJ and his development.

Trail Blazers:

The abundance of centers (Ayton, Clingan, Williams III) on this team leaves little time I feel for Reath to gain significant minutes outside of garbage time. I think 2 seconds should be enough for him with Hunter as salary filler that can player garbage minutes at the 4.
