JAZZ: Let's say you select Darryn Peterson right, you have Keyonte, Darrn, Ace, Lauri, JJJ, this is perfect. Then you gotta pay Kessler like 30M's which sucks for the cap. Here you trade for young developable talent that has two more of a rookie deal, Risacher doesn't have the pressure of being plugged into the starting lineup. Say Darryn or Ace don't workout or Lauri becomes too expensive or some question comes up where a contract needs to be moved, they can plug in Risacher. Or given that he's 20-21 if he puts up decent number off the bench he might be able to command some trade value and get some additional assets. He's a present and future investment.
HAWKS: This makes a lot of sense, I don't think wing depth is a worry unless your looking for perimeter shooting, but you have Dyson and Kuminga. You get Kessler at your five, bring Okongwu off the bench, and draft a point guard at 8, who will replace McCollum within the next year or two. McCollum, NAW, Dyson, JJ, Kessler... let's say 8th pick, Buddy/Kispert, Kuminga, Okongwu... eventually you try to incorporate Asa, and you an take another wing at 23rd pick.
