I think Eric Gordon just dosent have a role for this rockets team. The only reason he hasn’t been moved is because of how big his contract is. It also free up more playing time for all their young guys. Their team actually built nicely they heavily benefited defensively in this year draft as they arguably got the two best defenders in this draft out side of Chet depending on Ure opinion on him. I can see them making the playin this year. But not likely since that means they would be better then thunder,kings, and Portland or lakers.

Lakers just become a better team. No matter Ure opinion on Westbrook and tht is at the very least u can say is their a poor fit on this team. Duncan as a elite shooter next to lebron Eric Gordon and Lowry r also very good shooters. Lowry a decent defender but he not lockdown and hopefully the coach can at least make them respectable on that side.

The heat might be the one team to make Westbrook into a winning player. There not much risk in making this move as their team rn not good enough to actually compete and their trading two players that underperformed for them. If Westbrook actually ends up working out he could be the 2nd scoring option jimmy needs next to him. And I think the heat can make him a decent too good defender which is great for prolonging his career.
