Mavs: bring in a familiar face & 1 year 3&D wing in Bullock. There will be little to no assimilation process. The Mavs also get a solid rebounder to help out on the glass in Andre Drummond. The Mavs desperately need defense & rebounding. They get both of those things for a very cheap price.

Bulls: Gain 2 second draft picks in the trade. I highly doubt they could gain a first-round pick for Craig or Drummond at this point in their careers. So 2 second-round picks is adequate compensation for the 2 of them.

Rockets: Get Torrey Craig, a more active defender & he can put the ball on the floor a bit at times. He's a slightly better upgrade of a 3&D player than Reggie Bullock. You don't give up much to get Craig, either. Just one of the many 2nd round picks in the arsenal of draft capital.
