Heat = No risk Full good assets

Raptors = Get out some horrible contract and gets some piece you didn't have (Defense and playmaking with dejounte and Shot maker with poole)

Thunder = They will have some trouble with some contract. So thanks to this trade they keep the 12th pick and they add one of the best contract in this league : Murphy. Not expensive, Still young, Strecht the floor, defend, and can attack the rim. The only issue in this trade, is to loose Hartenstein. But you do not have the choice or you will not have enough space in you cap space to resign some player like Wallace or whatever. Moreover they can find a good rotation for the center position : Sorber, Williams, Chet

Grizzlies = They are here to take some contract and some picks Dort can be trade during the season (Lakers for example can be interested)
