Hey everyone, here is an interesting thought I had for Spurs to move back. I can definitely see the spurs holding the pick and taking Harper. The fit is a little clunky with Harper, but not impossible. However, if the spurs wish to move down, this is a trade I would love for them to pursue. Murphy in my eyes is the perfect fit alongside Wemby, Fox, Castle, Sochan. This gives them a core piece plus the ability to draft at 7 and 14. Slam dunk in my opinion for the Spurs.

For the pelicans, they move up and get their guard of the future to pair with Dejounte Murray, Herb, Zion, and Missi and bring in Vassell who would fit very nicely into that rotation. As they just gave up Ingram and gave Murphy a contract, I could see them being hesitant to make this move, but there’s no one at 7 for them that would have nearly the impact Harper could.
