Bulls aren't getting a haul for Vucevic, just not happening. Warriors are not likely "winning" any deals involving Kuminga. So the two kind of meh trade assets get swapped along with Ayo, who would likely steal the show in this trade, and Buddy, who has been horrible for the Warriors thus far.

Bulls also get two pick swaps, a first and second, which they are only getting because Ayo is involved. Warriors easily win this trade because Ayo has been fabulous for the Bulls this season and Vucevic would be a good sytem fit and possible starter (despite defensive issues).

Bulls probably say no.
