This deal is similar to when the Suns had to trade Joe Johnson years ago and could only get the best available offer as everyone knew he was gone (which ended up being Diaw and Bell). I think Ayton fits timeline for Raptors well and is someone they've shown interest in and nets them something for Fred VanVleet. Jokes aside, he has a lot of potential and is still very good even in his off year.

Obvious good deal for the Suns with the exception of how much debt this team is going to rack up over the coming years.
