Considering the limited number of teams who seem to be interested in Butler, Golden State makes a ton of sense. They don't have anyone who can get a bucket other than Curry. And Butler lifts their floor on defense. Something tells me he'd thrive in GS. And his arrival would also finally help Kerr consolidate the rotation down to 8-10 players.

Miami gets a solid, younger, cheaper SF in Cam Johnson, on a team friendly deal, who can space the floor, fit the youth timeline, and with Boggy's expiring for this summer for future moves.

Brooklyn gets a very solid return on Cam and Boggy. They might need to even send a future SRP to Miami and/or Golden State.

Detroit helps facilitate by taking on Williams's expiring contract for a 2025 SRP, which they need bc they only have one SRP in this summer's draft. This gives them more cap space this summer as well.
